Workavanta product information

This policy covers the company website and its inquiries. Workavanta is a SaaS project of 6T Technology & Commerce LLC in beta development, not yet a production service. Product accounts and product data processing are separate from submitting an inquiry on this website.

Information in an inquiry

If online inquiries are available, you can provide your email address, a project message, and optionally your name and service interest. These details are used to process and respond to your inquiry. Please do not send passwords, tax identifiers, payment details, or private identity documents.

How inquiries are processed

The service keeps minimal diagnostic event codes, timestamps and inquiry references for the administrator to investigate mail failures. These events omit inquiry bodies, visitor email addresses and credentials. The contact service validates submitted fields and uses request identifiers, duplicate checks, and rate limits. Accepted inquiries are recorded in the website's database. When the email service is connected, a notification is submitted to our business inbox and an acknowledgement is submitted to your reply address. Mail-server acceptance does not guarantee arrival in an inbox.

Hosting and service providers

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Inquiry records use Cloudflare D1. The configured email gateway uses the company's SMTP service at smtp.mmxsols.work. Hosting and mail services may process information across countries, including outside Vietnam. Technical connection information is processed for site operation and abuse prevention. The application uses hashed network/email rate-limit keys rather than recording a raw IP address in the inquiry record.

Website features and third-party requests

The application does not set analytics or advertising cookies or load external web fonts. Hosting infrastructure may process technical requests and manage its own security or authentication features. Links to external websites are governed by those websites' practices.

Access, retention, and requests

Inquiry records are available to the website owner through protected administrative access; they are not publicly listed. Records are retained for inquiry follow-up and related business needs. You can ask for access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@6tcommerce.com. Any material record-retention or contractual requirement will be considered when handling a request. This website does not announce an automatic inquiry-deletion schedule.
